2018 SBC Backpack Give Back Program

backpackThe Small Business Council of Rochester is excited to kick-off our second annual SBC Cares Backpack Give Back program! We had a tremendous response from the community last year and are now looking to double our goal for this year!

With an overwhelming 52% of children in Rochester area living in poverty, the purchase of school supplies will be a burden. The goal of the SBC Cares Backpack Give Back program will be to provide 1,000 students with Backpacks filled with school supplies for the upcoming year. With your help this program will ensure they have the tools they need to succeed in the classroom this fall.

Here’s How You Can Help!

  1. Build a Backpack: Rally your company and commit to building Backpacks containing the requested items.
NOTE: We will provide the Backpacks you just need to purchase the supplies.

Contact Jayni Woods (see below) to arrange the pick up of your Backpacks at one of the following locations.
    * If you donate more than 20 Backpacks we will drop the Backpacks off to you!
